Spring Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Spring Buy One, Get One Free offer provided by Sheen Services 1988 LTD.

Offer summary

Customers who book an eligible cleaning service during the promotional period will receive the lowest-priced item cleaned free, subject to these terms and conditions.

Promotional period

  • This offer is valid until 31 March 2026.
  • Bookings must be made on or before 31 March 2026 to qualify.

Eligibility

  • The offer is available to residential and commercial customers within Sheen Services 1988 LTD’s service area.
  • The offer applies only to eligible cleaning services booked during the promotional period.
  • The free item must be included in the same booking as the paid item.
  • The free item will always be the lowest-priced eligible item in the booking.

Booking conditions

  • The offer is subject to availability.
  • All bookings must be confirmed by Sheen Services 1988 LTD.
  • A minimum call-out charge may still apply.
  • The offer cannot be used retrospectively on previous bookings or completed work.
  • The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking or applied directly through the relevant promotional channel.

Exclusions

  • The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, package, or special offer unless confirmed in writing by Sheen Services 1988 LTD.
  • The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
  • The offer applies only to eligible cleaning items and services determined by Sheen Services 1988 LTD.
  • Additional services, specialist treatments, stain removal, protection treatments, or non-standard work may be charged separately.

Changes and withdrawal

  • Sheen Services 1988 LTD reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Sheen Services 1988 LTD reserves the right to refuse the offer where it believes the promotion is being misused or applied incorrectly.

General

  • Standard Sheen Services 1988 LTD booking terms, service terms, and business policies continue to apply alongside this offer.
  • By booking under this promotion, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
