# 37+ Years of Cleaning Without Cutting Corners (And Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

If you’re inviting someone into your home or business to clean, you’re not just buying “a clean carpet” or “a fresh sofa”. You’re trusting them with your space, your time, and often the things you can’t easily replace.

That’s why, at Sheen Services, we’ve built our reputation over 37+ years on one simple idea:

**We clean as if it was our own.**

No rushed jobs. No skipped steps. No “that’ll do”. Just careful, professional cleaning — and if you’re not happy, we’ll put it right.

## Why 37+ years matters (and what it means for your home)

Anyone can buy equipment. Not everyone can deliver consistent results week in, week out, across thousands of homes and businesses.

Being established since 1988 means we’ve:

- Cleaned every type of carpet fibre and fabric you can imagine
- Seen what works (and what causes problems later)
- Learned how to handle tricky stains, odours, and delicate materials safely
- Built systems that keep quality high, even when we’re busy

Experience doesn’t just make the job faster — it makes it **safer** and **more predictable**.

## We don’t skip corners — because the “corners” are where problems start

A lot of cleaning issues don’t show up immediately. They show up a day later.

That’s usually because someone rushed:

- Didn’t pre-inspect properly
- Didn’t test fibres/dyes
- Used the wrong product for the material
- Didn’t rinse thoroughly
- Left too much moisture behind
- Didn’t set expectations on what can (and can’t) be achieved

Skipping steps might save a few minutes, but it can cost you in:

- Stains reappearing
- Sticky residues that attract dirt faster
- Patchy results
- Over-wetting and long drying times
- Damage to delicate fibres

We’d rather do it properly once than create a problem you have to live with.

## “Clean as if it was our own” — what that looks like in real life

It’s easy to say. Here’s what it means in practice.

### 1) We treat your home with respect

We work carefully around skirting boards, furniture, doorways, and high-traffic areas. We’re not there to “blast through” the job — we’re there to leave your space looking and feeling better.

### 2) We focus on the details that most people miss

Edges, stair noses, traffic lanes, under cushions, and the spots that “look fine” until the light hits them.

Those details are the difference between a quick clean and a professional result.

### 3) We aim for the best result that’s realistically possible

We’ll always push for the best outcome, but we’ll also be honest about limitations — for example, permanent dye stains, bleach damage, or wear that’s actually fibre loss.

That honesty is part of the standard.

## Why we’re proud enough to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee

We don’t offer a guarantee because we expect problems.

We offer it because we’re confident in our process — and because we believe you should never feel stuck with a result you’re unhappy with.

If you’re not satisfied, we’ll **re-clean**.

That’s not a gimmick. It’s a promise that we’ll stand behind the work.

## The real reasons we hold ourselves to this standard

Here’s why we’re so strict about quality — and why it benefits you.

### 1) Because trust is everything in a local business

We’re not a faceless national chain. We’re local, and we plan to be here for decades more.

Quality protects our name — and your peace of mind.

### 2) Because your home deserves professional care

Carpets and upholstery aren’t cheap. Neither is your time.

A proper clean helps protect your investment and keeps your space healthier and more comfortable.

### 3) Because cutting corners creates repeat problems

A rushed job often means you’ll need cleaning again sooner — not because your home is dirtier, but because residues and missed steps make re-soiling faster.

We’d rather help you get a result that lasts.

### 4) Because we’ve seen the damage “quick fixes” can cause

Over-wetting, harsh chemicals, and incorrect methods can do real harm.

Our approach is careful, tested, and based on long-term results — not short-term appearances.

### 5) Because we want you to feel proud of your home again

A truly clean carpet or sofa changes how a room feels. It’s lighter, fresher, and more comfortable.

That’s what we’re aiming for — not “good enough for a photo”.

## What to expect when you book Sheen Services

When you book with us, you can expect:

- A professional, respectful service
- A thorough clean — not a rushed one
- Clear communication before, during, and after
- Honest advice on results and aftercare
- A team that stands behind the job

## Ready for a clean you can actually feel confident about?

If you’re in Somerset (including Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas) and you want a cleaner who takes pride in the details, we’d love to help.

**Get in touch for a quote or to book your clean.**

And remember: **if you’re not happy, we’ll re-clean.** That’s how strongly we believe in doing it right.
